By the Numbers: Seniors serve up starring performances on the hardwood
 - Week 14 (1).png)
2018 - It has been an electrifying start for RMC's Austin Saint, as he has looked right at home in his foray onto the university ice. The rookie forward added to his already impressive first year with a hat trick against Nipissing on Friday night, a feat that hasn't been accomplished by a Paladins player since January of 2018. The three-goal game adds to his team-leading seven goals and 10 points on the year and ranks him second in the OUA's rookie goal-scoring race.

70 - It wasn't easy putting a puck past Zoe McGee this weekend, as the 2021-22 all-rookie selection was in fine form in the Ontario Tech crease. Against a first-place Toronto team, the second-year netminder turned away 41 of 43 shots in a slim 2-1 loss and followed that up with a 29-save shutout - her first of the season - against the York Lions. All-told, McGee's 70 saves across two games marked the most successful stretch of her sophomore season between the pipes.

57 - Rachel Farwell put on a shooting clinic this weekend for the TMU Bold to anchor a pair of wins for her women's basketball contingent. En route to 25 and 31-point nights, respectively, the fourth-year forward shot 57% from the field across the two games. What's more is that her proficiency extended beyond the arc as well, where Farwell knocked down 11 of her 20 attempts from downtown.

28 - Nipissing's Muktar Mohamed made the most of his two outings over the weekend, impacting the game in multiple ways for the Lakers. The final results on the scoreboard may have been a split for Nipissing, but the individual performances from the senior guard were as consistent as they come. A pair of strong double-doubles, anchored by a weekend-high 16 rebounds against Toronto on Friday and a 15-point game against TMU on Saturday, led Mohamed to a combined 28 points and 28 rebounds across the two games.

27 - Guillaume Pépin has been a prominent performer for Ottawa throughout his tenure for the Garnet and Grey, but this past Saturday, he outdid himself with a new career-best outing. After starting with a team-high 21 point performance on Friday against Western, the fourth-year forward followed that up with a 27-point double-double on Saturday in a win over Windsor. The offensive output not only marked a season-high for any Gee-Gees player thus far, but also a new personal best for the all-star senior.

6 - It was a golden weekend for Guelph's Hannah Nordquist at the 2022 Boles Divisional Championship, as she raked in the top prize on multiple occasions for the Gryphons. Individually, the first-year swimmer touched the wall first in the 50m breaststroke, 100m breaststroke, 200m breaststroke, and 50m freestyle, setting meet records in the former two. Another pair of golds in the relay realm (4x50m medley, 4x100m freestyle) brought the rookie's haul up to six for the event, helping her Guelph squad take home the team gold when all was said and done.
