Warriors’ Lachaine-Demarchi earns OUA Peak Performer of the Week
Burlington, Ont. – Elanna Lachaine-Demarchi has been named Ontario University Athletics (OUA) Peak Performer of the Week for the period ending September 29, 2019.

It was a golden stretch for Elanna Lachaine-Demarchi on the links this week, as she found herself atop not one, but two leaderboards for the Warriors.
Thanks to a score of 80 in her first event of the week, Lachaine-Demarchi placed first at the McMaster Invitational, but that solitary taste of victory wasn’t enough for the fifth-year golfer from Cambridge, Ont. She would follow that up with another strong showing at the Waterloo Invitational. Across the two-day event, Lachaine-Demarchi collected scores of 72 and 76 for a grand total of 148. The multi-day effort led to her second straight gold medal performance.
