WINDSOR, Ont. -Mike Rocca hit a dramatic half court shot at the buzzer to lead the Lancers to an 89-86 victory over the Laurier Golden Hawks in the Clash at the Colosseum Wednesday evening at Caesars Windsor.
The Lancers maintain sole possession of first place in the OUA west division with a 9-8 record, while the Hawks fall to 8-10 and sit in second place in the division.
Rocca finished the game with 19 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists, and two steals. Micqueel Martin also had a team high 19 points while contributing 6 rebounds, 4 assists, 4 steals and three blocks. Also hitting double digits were Luke Allin with 15 points, and Mitch Farrell with 11.
Windsor will now travel to Waterloo to face the Warriors on Saturday at 3:00pm.
