Stephanie Snyder (Waterloo) scored all three Warrior goals in a span of 16 minutes for the crucial victory. All of the tallies came on beautifully set up corners by the Warriors and Hilary Neeb (Wellesley) did the rest in between the pipes to secure her fourth shutout of the season.
The win improves Waterloo's record to 4-2-1 and has them sitting one point ahead of York who is at 4-3-0 on the season.
The Warriors will be in action next Wednesday with another evening game, this time in Guelph as they battle the Gryphons at 8pm.
