Playoff Format
Playoff Composition: Upon the completion of the regular season, 12 teams will advance to the postseason. Teams will be seeded based on total points and ranked No. 1 through No. 6 within their division.
Tiebreakers: Any ties at the conclusion of the regular season will be resolved according to the Tiebreakers outlined in the Men's Hockey Rules & Regulations, with the first tiebreaker being most regulation and overtime wins (ROW) if the teams have played the same number of games.
Format: Postseason matchups will take place in a straight bracket format with no re-seeding. The Queen's Cup Championship will be a single game final hosted by the highest remaining seed. Should the highest remaining seed be a Quebec-based school, the championship will be hosted by the remaining Ontario-based school. All other playoff rounds will be a best-of-three series with the higher seed having home ice advantage for two of the three games.
