Bio

With over 20 years of experience, Shauna brings a wealth of both EDI and sport leadership to her role as a Manager of EDI and Student Experience. Shauna has spent the past three years with Field Hockey Ontario, and most recently served as their Executive Director, overseeing membership growth and strategic partnerships. Shauna is also involved in the community sitting on several boards and committees that include the Durham Region Anti-Racism and Black Excellence with Durham Catholic School Board, as well as a mentor with the Emerging Leader Development Program with the Canadian Olympic Committee, and the Black Female Coach Mentorship Program with the Black Canadian Coaches Association.
