Western 3 vs. Windsor 2
The Western Mustangs (5-4) fought a tough battle to take the win over the Windsor Lancers (7-4). After falling behind 2-0, the Western Mustangs stormed back to win 3-2. Scores in the five-game set were 18-25, 18-25, 26-24, 26-24 and 19-17. Former OUA All-Star Peter Sidler led the Mustangs with 16 kills and 6 digs, while Andrew Hinchley recorded 56 assists and two crucial attacks. The Windsor Lancers were in control for much of the early part of the match, winning the first two sets easily. Dave Quinn had 16 kills and 4 solo blocks while second year libero Adam Garbe tallied 11 digs. Steve Seguin had a game-high of 27 kills. \"We let up a bit in that third set,\" said Seguin. \"We're disappointed because we wanted to go into the holidays at 8-3.\"

RMC 1 vs. McMaster 3
The McMaster Marauders survived an unexciting first set, and rebounded to defeat the Royal Military College Paladins, 3-1. After dropping the opening set 25-23, the Marauders bounced back to win the next three sets 25-13, 25-20, and 25-23, securing the victory and an 8-2 record heading into the exam break. Peter Hrkal had a great night with 11 kills and no errors, while second year libero Parrish Offer dominated the defense with 10 digs. Paladins Reid Wuntke tallied 12 kills and 8 digs, and second year Ivan Karin registered 11 kills and 8 digs.

Waterloo 0 vs. Western 3
The Western Mustangs played a game of consistency and flawless teamwork to take the win over the Waterloo Warriors. Adam Dumond led his team with 7 kills, a service ace and four digs, while Blake Curtis tallied 6 kills in their battle up the success meter. The Waterloo Warriors continued their struggle in their quest for victory. Freshman libero Josh Tiessen led his team with an amazing defensive battle and tallied 26 digs while Brent Forrest led the attacking with 10 kills and 21 digs. The teams serving difficulty could be a reason of their court struggles.
