"[Mental health] is one of these things that you're constantly working on. I am balancing wrestling, my RA job, multiple clubs, and of course, school. The going gets hard sometimes. Not to toot my own horn, but I think I am a high achiever. Sometimes, however, that comes with severe burnout. Every now and then, I feel burnt out. I also don't think there are enough resources that keep me in track. My sleep schedule is a mess, and it's never been good ever since grade 10. I have slowly became nocturnal in a world that functions in the daylight."

"My mental health for the most part is pretty good. When in competition season, I tend to suffer from burnout and my mental health declines. It becomes hard to balance everything and getting out of bed becomes a challenge."
