Playoff Format

Playoff Composition: Upon the completion of the regular season, the top six (6) teams from both the East Division and West Division will qualify for the OUA soccer postseason. The top two (2) teams from each division will receive a bye to the quarterfinals. The first round and quarterfinals will be played within each division, followed by crossover between divisions in the semifinals.

Tiebreakers: Any ties at the conclusion of the regular season will be resolved according to the Tiebreakers outlined in the OUA Soccer Operations. If, at the end of the regular season, two (2) or more teams finish with identical records, the first tiebreaker will be points based on the team record. 

Format: Postseason matchups will take place in the following format:

First Round (within Division): October 15, 2025

No. 6 vs No. 3

No. 5 vs No. 4

 

Quarterfinals (within Division): October 18, 2025

No. 1 vs No. 4 or No. 5 

No. 2 vs No. 3 or No. 6

 

Semifinals (Crossover; Hosted by the Highest Remaining Seed): October 25, 2025

 

The OUA Championship will be hosted by the highest remaining seed on November 1, 2025.
