Hergott & Markovinovic receive Warriors top honours
The Department of Athletics and Recreation was thrilled to celebrate the 2023-24 Waterloo Warriors varsity season at their year-end Athletics Awards Banquet on Wednesday night on the Carl Totzke court in the Physical Activities Complex. Over 800 student-athletes, support staff, and VIPs gathered to celebrate an outstanding season by the Warriors, marking the largest banquet gathering in the 62-year history of the celebratory event.

Curling strikes Silver at U SPORTS Championship in Fredericton
The Waterloo Warriors' women's curling team won the silver medal in Fredericton, New Brunswick, bringing home the university's first U SPORTS team medal of the season. This is the second medal for the Warriors this season after finishing with the OUA Bronze with skip Celia Evans (Burton/), third Shannon Warriner (Burlington/), second Julia Evans (Burton/), and lead Violet French (Ottawa/).
