Fadi Salback (Bowmanville, Ont.) scored twice for the Ontario Tech men's soccer team in a 2-2 draw against the Toronto Varsity Blues to wrap up conference play on Sunday night at home.
With the two goals he finished with a Ridgebacks season-high record of 15 goals, two above Brock's Jared Agyemang for the league scoring title.
Teammate
Jean Paul Ajala-Alexis (Oshawa, Ont.) assisted on both tallies, bringing his assist total to five. He also sits third in OUA scoring with nine goals.
Nicholas Miller (Oshawa, Ont.) made one save for the Ridgebacks, while Stefan Dusciuc made six in the draw for Toronto.
Prior to the match the Ridgebacks recognized their only graduating senior
Nicholas Romanick (Brooklin, Ont.). The defender has played in 36 conference matches with Ontario Tech since 2015.
With the regular season concluded, the Ridgebacks will now host a playoff game on Wednesday. As fourth seed in the east they will host the fifth seed, the Queen's Gaels. Game time for the game has yet to be finalized, but will be announced on Monday.
