Peterborough folk-rock band JJ and the Pillars to play 107th Yates Cup Halftime

JJ and The Pillars are a 3 piece folk-rock outfit originating from small town Peterborough, ON. They have been making a splash in Toronto, most recently winning "The Edge Next Big Thing" on 102.1 The Edge. 2014 has been a busy year for the band as they have played The 2014 Casby Awards, Koi Fest, Indie Week and Canadian Music Week alongside bands such as Arkells, Tokyo Police Club, Dear Rouge and more.
Their single "The Wolves", produced by Ross Hayes Citrullo and mastered by the legendary João Carvalho, has been on the rise on 102.1 The Edge's Top 30 and has been charting on rock stations all across Canada.
