Kingston, ON - RMC (1-4) got out to an early lead before falling 55-7 to a strong opponent from Laurier (4-1).
RMC's captain Thomas Weissenborn opened the scoring with a try in the first five minutes to give the Paladins the lead. Rookie Glenn Butler hit the conversion.
Laurier responded with five tries of their own, plus a pair of conversions.
Halftime
Laurier was ahead 29-7 at the break.
RMC was held off the scoresheet in the second half, as Laurier earned their third consecutive victory.
RMC plays another home game next weekend, hosting Queen's (4-0) on Friday at 4:00 PM.
