Ottawa, ON - RMC (1-14-1) was held off the scoresheet in the final game of the season, falling 4-0 to the Carleton Ravens (7-3-6) on the road Sunday.
Carleton rookie Jenna Gurniak scored two goals -- the first of her U SPORTS career. Teammate Emily Copeland Dinan scored just before halftime.
RMC was behind 3-0 at the break.
In the second half, both teams had five scoring opportunities. Melissa Gilligan scored Carleton's final goal of the game.
RMC keeper Claudia Rusu finished the season with a league-leading 135 saves.
The Paladins finished the year with a 1-14-1 record. Graduating seniors on RMC are Kaylee Carlisle, Emma Owen, and Reina Cho.
