RMC vs Brock Friday - 2018/10/19

Kingston, ON - RMC (2-3) suffered their first home loss 3-1 Friday night, while the Brock Badgers (4-0) remain undefeated this season.

Rookie defenceman Liam Murray gave the Paladins the lead midway through the first, scoring the first goal of his U SPORTS career. With the assists, Déric Boudreau and Alex MacDonald extended their point-streaks to three games.

With under two minutes remaining in the period, Brock's Connor Brown tied the game.

1st Intermission

The teams were tied after 20 minutes.

After 19:53 of scoreless hockey in the second period, Brock gained the lead with a last-second goal from Adam Berg.

2nd Intermission

With 20 minutes left, Brock led RMC 2-1.

Brock's Ryan Burton scored an empty net goal to secure the victory for the visitors.

RMC goalie Brad Van Schubert continues to lead the OUA in saves after stopping 42 shots on Friday.

RMC is back at Constantine Arena on Saturday at 7:00 PM when the Paladins take on Guelph (1-1-2).
