With 16 years of experience in sport management, Chris brings expertise in strategic planning, performance management, and fostering inclusive environments. He has a proven track record of developing equitable programs, integrating EDI principles into sports operations, and creating safe spaces for underrepresented groups.
Prior to joining the OUA in January 2025, Chris' career included roles on the men’s basketball staffs at Boise State University and Ohio University, as well as serving as Athletics Coordinator at the Halton Catholic District School Board wherein he designed sports programs prioritizing safety, risk management, inclusivity, and athlete support.
Chris holds a master’s degree in Recreation and Sport Sciences from Ohio University, which complements his dedication to promoting equity and athlete development.
