OUA basketball takes to Centre Court at the NBA All-Star Game -- tickets on sale now!
With the best basketball players in the world set to descend upon Toronto next month for the NBA All-Star Game, Ontario University Athletics (OUA) men’s and women’s basketball will also take to Centre Court as part of the weekend festivities.
BURLINGTON, Ont. - With the best basketball players in the world set to descend upon Toronto next month for the NBA All-Star Game, Ontario University Athletics (OUA) men’s and women’s basketball will also take to Centre Court as part of the weekend festivities.
On Saturday, Feb. 13 2016, the five-time defending CIS women’s basketball champion Windsor Lancers will take on the OUA East division leading No. 10 ranked Queen’s Gaels, while on Sunday, the No. 5 ranked Ryerson Rams men’s basketball team will tip off against the crosstown rival University of Toronto Varsity Blues.

The NBA Centre Court ticket provides specators access to all the events and showcases throughout the venue. In addition to the OUA men’s and women’s basketball games, Centre Court will also feature the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game on Friday night, as well as Saturday’s NBA All-Star Practice.
NBA Centre Court will be the best way for fans to get the real NBA All-Star experience. With over 40 courts and baskets, fans will be able to play and compete against their friends in skills challenges, purchase NBA All-Star merchandise and collect autographs from NBA and WNBA players and legends.
Those interested in attending the OUA men's and women's basketball game are encouraged to arrive early as seating is limited.
Both games will take place at the Enercare Centre in Toronto, Ont. and are scheduled to tipoff at approximately 4:30 p.m.
“Basketball fans from across the world will be in Toronto to take part in the NBA All-Star Game festivities and this will be an unbelievable opportunity to showcase OUA basketball,” said Gord Grace, OUA CEO.

The Ryerson and Toronto game was originally scheduled for Nov. 28 and was rescheduled earlier this season to be included in the event.
