EDI Committee
The Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion Committee provides oversight on issues of equity, diversity, and inclusion within the OUA. Intervention, advocacy, reporting, and actions are undertaken by the Committee as appropriate to ensure the OUA's practices and policies reflect civil liberties protected by the Ontario Human Rights Code. This includes awareness of related programming, initiatives, and concerns within the OUA and its member institutions. This also includes making recommendations to CEO and Board regarding these programs, initiatives, and concerns as needed.
